Ires Reit and Vision Capital reach agreement to pause feud

The annual general meeting has been rescheduled as a result of the agreement

Ires Reit, the states largest landlord, has come to an agreement with Vision Capital, which will see the activist investor suspend activity until after the 2025 annual general meeting (AGM).

Under the co-operation agreement Ires will recommend shareholders approve the appointment of two board members nominated by Vision at the upcoming AGM.
