Hotel sales to hit ‘record high’ this year, real estate firm predicts

Research by JLL Ireland has shown that about €312 million worth of hotel property was traded last year

The Irish hotel market is set for a record year with the combined value of expected sales likely to approach €1 billion.

JLL Ireland, the real estate advisory firm, said Irish hotel deals could reach €750 million in 2024 given the number of high-value deals in the pipeline for the year.
