Gillian Whelan appointed managing director at Aspira

International consulting and technology company Aspira has appointed Gillian Whelan as managing director and country manager to lead the group’s operations in Ireland.

Aspira - which is Irish-owned - is part of Emagine, a business and IT consulting company firm, which has clients across all industries and sectors, operating out of 24 locations in Europe and India.
