New data released by the Central Statistics Office (CSO) on women in leadership positions shines a spotlight on the progress we have made in recent years, but also underscores the journey we have to continue on in order to achieve true parity in leadership roles.

Carried out every two years, the CSO Gender Balance in Business Survey this year highlighted the fact that Irish businesses continue to increase female representation at both senior executive and board level.
