Move follows string of Irish companies seeking to woo investors
Smurfit Kappa Group will move its main stock exchange listing to London, following a path taken by a string of Ireland’s biggest companies seeking to woo investors.
The packaging company will move to a premium listing in London, while transferring to a secondary listing in Dublin.
The company has had its main listing in Dublin since 2007, when it sold shares to the public.
