PIPs receive €125,000 on failed debt deals

The state’s insolvency agency has paid out more than €125,000 to personal insolvency practitioners for work on failed debt deals.

Personal insolvency practitioners (PIPs) are in line for a payment of €750 from the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) under the payment scheme, which makes payments to PIPs for work done on debt proposals vetoed by creditors.
