Nama: Kelleher must ‘pay toll’ after quitting US court

Nama’s US lawyers have applied for costs and possible punitive damages against developer Garrett Kelleher over a legal case he took against the agency in the US.

Last month Kelleher voluntarily withdrew his action against Nama, but left the door open for future proceedings, according to court documents.
