Militant road hauliers threaten fuel blockade

Some Irish hauliers have threatened to blockade fuel supplies at Dublin Port if the state does not boost efforts to clamp down on illegal diesel laundering operations.

One IRHA member - who owns a large haulage company - and is frustrated with the issue, said the association was having "quite a job" keeping more militant hauliers from breaking away from the group, and organising a blockade.
