Martin Corbally breaks his silence on his treatment after High Court victory
High-profile surgeon Professor Martin Corbally has called on health minister Simon Harris to amend legislation and restore the medical profession’s confidence in its regulator.
In a recent letter to Harris, Corbally said the current system for adjudicating on professional complaints against doctors was inherently flawed.
He also called on Harris to ensure that the decision of the Supreme Court into his Supreme Court case necessitated an amendment to the 2007 Medical Practitioners Act.
