Eir says first quarter earnings rose by 6% to €120 million
The telecoms firm said earnings were underpinned by a strong performance in mobile
Eir, the former Eircom, has reported a six per cent year-on-year rise in first quarter earnings to €120 million, helped by a strong performance in mobile and an improving number of postpay customers.
The company said sales in the three months to the end of September were four per cent higher at €325 million, its second consecutive quarter of revenue growth.
