Ires Reit’s dispute with Vision Capital, an activist investor, has been “lengthy, damaging and costly” for the state’s largest landlord, its chairman has admitted.
Speaking at the company’s AGM on Friday, Hugh Scott-Barrett said a recent co-operation agreement signed with Vision had resolved a long-running row during which the activist had called for a break-up or sale of Ires.
