Dr Peter Stafford: Rebuilding Ireland

In May, Property Industry Ireland made two suggestions to the incoming government. First, within 100 days of taking office, the government should publish a multi-annual action plan for complete reform of the housing sector. Second, a cabinet-level minister for housing should be put in charge of implementing that plan.
