Study finds skills shortage problems

According to Harvey Nash’s Technology Survey 2015, mobile and cloud top the list of growing technologies, while technology skills shortages are holding us back.

The survey had over 3,200 respondents from 300 countries. Just over 50 per cent of those surveyed reported a skills shortage in technology, despite the fact that 46 per cent of hiring managers are looking to increase their technology headcount.
