Wing opts for Lusk as location for drone delivery demo

Company owned by Google’s parent confirms it is to run demo from Lusk, Co Dublin

Wing has previously competed autonomous drone deliveries across three countries: the US, Finland, and Australia

Wing, the drone delivery company owned by Google parent company Alphabet, has selected Lusk in Co Dublin, as the location for its drone delivery trial.

The announcement comes a week after the company said it was establishing an operation in Ireland and is on the lookout for drone pilots.
