Waterford foodtech firm will ‘fast forward’ after sale to Dunkin’ Donuts owner

Waterford-based foodtech firm Vromo’s acquisition by the owner of Dunkin’ Donuts allows the company to “press fast-forward” on its plans, its chief executive has said.

Inspire Brands, which is also the owner of a large number of other well-known fast food brands, including Arby’s and Baskin-Robbins, snapped up the food delivery software platform provider for an undisclosed sum last week.
