It’s all gravy. How you do the little things in life, as in business, is how you do everything.
Take, for example, gravy. As a teenager, I’d pester the serving staff in the Lake County Hotel in Mullingar to drown my chips in it. As an adult, I’ve had borderline emotional experiences in bars and restaurants which have delivered a viscous wonderland atop my Sunday dinner.
