Tech unicorn Wayflyer secures new $253m debt financing facility

Facility will allow Dublin-headquartered company to quickly provide funding to more e-commerce businesses in the US and Western Europe

Wayflyer, the Irish tech unicorn, has secured a $253 million debt financing facility from Credit Suisse, just months after agreeing a $300 million debt line with JP Morgan.

The revenue-based financing and growth platform said the the $200 million debt and $53 million mezzanine facility will allow it to quickly provide funding to more ecommerce businesses.
