Sweepr raises additional $4m from investors

Sweepr, a provider of digital care platforms founded by repeat entrepreneur Alan Coleman, has raised $4 million (€3.7m) in investment from backers.
The company, which has now secured a total of $13 million in Series A funding, helps communications service providers and device manufacturers to deliver better customer care by using data it collects to orchestrate real-time decisioning and service on multiple digital channels.
