Stryve acquires US tech consultancy Futuralis

Irish private cloud provider said the deal is expected to add €3m to the company’s annual revenues

Stryve, a Carlow-based cybersecurity company, has announced a majority share in US technology consulting firm, Futuralis for an undisclosed sum.

The company said its expects the deal to add €3 million to annual revenues.

Established in 2018, Stryve, a private cloud provider, operates in seven countries, and employs over 100 people. It isforecasting revenues of €12 million this year, as against €7 million in 2022.
