Stripe snaps up US-founded analytics firm in first acquisition in 16 months
Payments company earlier this year secured more than $6.5 billion in funding at a $50 billion valuation
Stripe, the payments company led by Patrick and John Collision, has made its first acquisition since January 2022, snapping up Okay, a low-code analytics software start-up for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2019 in San Francisco by Antoine Boulanger and Tomas Barreto, Okay perviously participated in Y Combinator, the prestigious start-up accelerator whose alumni include Stripe, as well as Airbnb, Reddit and Dropbox.
