Social media firm Snap hires Google’s Irish MD as it makes €500m in cuts

Snap, the social media company, which last week announced a major restructuring, has poached Ronan Harris, Google’s managing director of Ireland and Britain, to lead its business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
