Nostra to seek external funding for M&A ‘war chest’

Nostra Technologies, the Irish IT services provider, is seeking to raise millions of euro to aggressively scale via acquisitions.

The company, which is in the process of closing four M&A deals, is intending to make multiple bolt-on acquisitions in the near future to grow out its offering, according to Kevin O’Loughlin, its chief executive.

“We’re looking at all possibilities in terms of raising, be it debt, equity and so on,” he said.
