Micron Agritech, a spin-out from Dublin Technological University, has raised €1.5 million from investors.

Established by Daniel Izquierdo, Tara McElligott, Sean Smith and Jose Lopez in 2019, the company has developed a rapid testing kit that can be used by farmers and vets to test for parasites on cattle, sheep and horses on site within minutes via smartphones and get results within 30 minutes.
