Konversational secures €2m partnership with Ergo

Dublin-based IT consultancy will provide Ergo with customer care system

Konversational, a Dublin-based IT consultancy business, has secured a €2 million deal to provide Ergo, an IT services firm, with ServiceNow products.

It is the first deal by any provider in Europe to deliver ServiceNow’s customer workflow solution Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM).
