Irish-founded body cam company Halo raises $20m

Start-up led by Stripe’s former head of internationalisation and global sales Fiona Shanley, is a body camera leasing specialist

Halo Technologies, an Irish-founded company that provides body camera technology via a subscription-based pricing model, has raised $20 million (€18.4 million) in a new Series A funding round.

Founded in Belfast in 2019, the company is now dual-headquartered in Dublin and Austin, Texas.

Led by Fiona Stanley, who previously served as the head of internationalisation and global sales at Stripe, Halo is a body cam technology leasing specialist.
