Overhaul, an Irish-founded supply chain software company which has raised over $60 million from backers, has made its first acquisition, buying back a firm its founders sold over a decade ago.

Led by Barry Conlon and David Broe, Overhaul is headquartered in Austin, Texas, but has its European HQ in Dundalk in Co Louth.
