Investment in Irish tech start-ups plummets 48 per cent

New report from Atomico reveals Ireland is starting to lose its share of the bigger European funding pie

Investment levels fell 48 per cent in Ireland this year with $647 million (€590.1 million) invested in Irish tech companies, versus $1.05 billion in 2022, new figures show.

The decline was largely due to a big drop off in growth-stage investments which fell to $298 million, compared to $864 million in the previous year.
