Google’s Bard to be launched in EU after Irish data watchdog grants approval

Google is launching its Bard artificial intelligence (AI) tool across the European Union and Brazil on Thursday.

The move comes after its initial plans to launch in the EU had been delayed by the Dara Protection Commision (DPC) over concerns around how it protected user data under the GDPR.
