Search giant to pay undisclosed sum for Dublin-based firm that helps local retailers sell online
Pointy, the Irish tech company that helps local retailers sell online, is being bought by Google.
In a blog on its website, the company’s founders today announced that it had entered into an agreement to be acquired by the search giant.
The deal, for an as yet undisclosed amount, is expected to be closed within weeks.
