Dublin-based Glofox, a management software business focused on the fitness sector, has been acquired by ABC Fitness Solutions in a deal reportedly worth over €200 million.

The purchase has been made to aid ABC, which is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, in expanding its global reach in the fitness sector.
