Start-up hub secures contract to run the Halo Business Angel Network (HBAN)

Dogpatch Labs will take over the running of the network as of next month with Furthr working with the hub to ensure a smooth handover

Dogpatch Labs has been confirmed as the winners of a €5 million, five-year contract to run the State’s business angel network.

The Dublin-based start-up hub was awarded the contract ahead of the incumbent Furthr (formerly Dublin BIC), which had run the Halo Business Angel Network (HBAN) since its inception since 2007.

A joint initiative of Enterprise Ireland and InterTradeIreland, the network was founded to develop business angel activity and angel syndicates locally.
