Directors at EML’s Irish subsidiary to resign

Directors at EML Payment’s Irish subsidiary PFS Card Services, which is at the centre of a Central Bank of Ireland investigation over anti-money laundering deficiencies, are to resign from the company.

The directors are to remain on the subsidiary’s board for a transition period, the company said in an update to investors.
