CurrencyFair eyes double-digit growth
New chief executive Shamus Hodgson says there are huge opportunities to win customers who are being ‘ripped off’ by banks
Shamus Hodgson, the new chief executive of CurrencyFair, said he has joined the company because it is a “bloody good proposition” that can achieve double-digit growth.
The Irish-founded cross-border payments company recently secured more than $10 million in venture debt ahead of a planned larger raise later this year. Speaking to the Business Post, Hodgson, said he has big plans for the fintech, which was founded by Brett Meyers in 2010.
