Shamus Hodgson, the new chief executive of CurrencyFair, said he has joined the company because it is a “bloody good proposition” that can achieve double-digit growth.

The Irish-founded cross-border payments company recently secured more than $10 million in venture debt ahead of a planned larger raise later this year. Speaking to the Business Post, Hodgson, said he has big plans for the fintech, which was founded by Brett Meyers in 2010.
