Talivest, a Cork-based employee analytics software company, has been acquired by Australian tech unicorn Go1 for an undisclosed sum, according to sources.

Formerly known as KonnectAgain, Talivest, was founded by Laura Belyea and Jayne Ronayne. Its backers include Dan and Linda Kiely, the Voxpro founders, PCH chief executive Liam Casey, Google Ireland managing director Ronan Harris and Anne Heraty, the CPL founder.
