An Irish company that has been referred to as a ‘patent troll’ after issuing multiple lawsuits against multinationals over alleged intellectual property infringement, has denied claims it was decisively beaten in a court case involving BMW last week.
The German car company’s legal counsel has claimed a “one-two punch” victory in the legal action against Scramoge Technology, which was dismissed by a judge in Michigan last week.
