Angels invest record-breaking €33m in Irish start-ups
New figures from HBAN show angel investors backed 78 companies last year
Angel investors associated with the Halo Business Angel Network (HBAN) have invested €177m in more than 730 companies since it was founded in 2007.
A joint initiative of Enterprise Ireland and InterTradeIreland, HBAN said it has also helped companies leverage an additional €387 million in funding through its activities.
