Setforth, a London and Dublin-based software company led by former N26 chief operating officer Adrienne Gormley, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum.

Gormley took over as head of the business acquisition company a year ago, not long after leaving her role as one of the most senior executives at N26, the German fintech.
