Sony raises annual forecast with high hopes for PS5 sales
Entertainment giant says supply constraints for the PlayStation 5 console are now history
Sony is forecasting a rise in full-year revenues after resolving the supply chain issues that have dogged the PlayStation 5 since the console’s launch.
The Tokyo-based company has raised its annual net income forecast by 2 per cent to ¥860 billion ($6 billion), with its sales outlook increased by 6 per cent to ¥12.2 trillion.
