The year 2021 proved to be a record one for sales at O’Donnellan & Joyce, despite the ongoing pandemic, and we had huge success in our livestream property auctions.
More than 350 properties nationwide went under the hammer in eight auctions held during 2021. Some 80 per cent of those were sold via the livestream option to an Irish and international audience who bid and viewed proceedings from the comfort of their own homes.
