U+I plans to unlock ‘unrealised potential’ in Dublin 8 industrial estate

The White Heather industrial estate on the South Circular Road in Dublin 8, near the Liberties area of Dublin, has major development potential given its location which overlooks the Grand Canal and boasts about 188 metres of canal frontage

Listed specialist development firm U+I, which is based in London and has been active in the Irish market since 2014, has expanded its Irish portfolio with its recent acquisition of the White Heather industrial estate on the South Circular Road in Dublin 8 for an undisclosed sum.
