The city's office blocks are getting bigger to meet demand from multinational companies, with the average size rising to 7,000 square metres from 2,900 a decade ago

Property advisory firm Savills has said 2018 was a record year for Dublin’s office market, with the needs of multinational companies leading to demand for larger office blocks.

The company said there was an increase of 12,300 people working in offices in the capital last year, leading to a sharp rise in the take-up of office space.
