Q3 development land sales up 30 per cent to just under €80 million
There are signs that developers and investors adjusting to new pricing levels as 18 transactions were made up to the end of September this year
CBRE Ireland has confirmed that the total spend on development land in the Irish market during the third quarter of 2023 reached almost €80 million across 18 transactions.
This was an increase of almost 30 per cent in the three months to the end of September compared to the previous quarter.
