Post-Covid office market begins to see demand take off again

The year ahead will be one of recovery, with take-up returning to long-term average levels after two years of unprecedented disturbance

Started with a whimper and ended with a bang: that’s perhaps the best way of characterising the performance of the Dublin office market in 2021. The paralysis of Covid-19 uncertainty eased off towards the end of the year, with take up in the final quarter accounting for 60 per cent of the year’s total.
