The Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar in Dublin 2 has been brought to market for sale on the instructions of receivers Declain Taite and Sharon Barrett of Kroll Advisory through joint agents CBRE and Colliers.
The turnkey 38-bedroom hotel is being sold by private treaty guiding excess €15 million.
The newly developed hotel overlooks the river Liffey and has 58 metres of frontage to three busy city centre streets with a high level of footfall.
