A new high-quality logistics warehouse facility located at West Bank Road on the Harbour Estate in Belfast has been given the green light by Belfast City Council.

The development of the new 4,645 square metre warehouse represents an investment of £9 million (about €10.3 million), and will include building a high efficiency chilled and ambient warehouse space with 17 loading docks, more than 40 HGV parking spaces, and parking for both cars and bicycles.
