Momentum in Dublin office market shows no sign of slowing down

The demand across the county remains focused on smaller deals, with 71 per cent under 930 square metres and 96 per cent of deals under 1,850 square metres

A healthy momentum in the Dublin office market continued into Q3 2018 with a 30 per cent increase on the same quarter compared to 2017, according to research by agent JLL.

Take-up for the period reached 55,100 square metres across 69 deals. The year to date stands 12 per cent higher than the same period last year.
