Meet the Artist: Kate Murphy
Using paint as a quasi-sculptural medium to capture the gaps in all of us
Dublin-born artist Kate Murphy has lived and worked in Wexford for the past 15 years. She holds a BA in Fine Art Sculpture from NCAD. Her practice pushes boundaries of material, rarely handling paint conventionally but using it more like plastic or plaster.
