Local businessman buys former Odlums flour mill near Naas
The historic property was previously guiding €2 million when it first came to the market in 2020
Coonan Property has sold the Leinster Mills, perhaps better known as the former Odlums flour mills, an historic mill facility set along the banks of the Grand Canal at Oberstown in Naas, Co Kildare.
The property, which encompasses some 2.4 acres of land, was sold to a local businessman for an undisclosed sum. The site was previously for sale with another agent in 2020, when it was given a guide price of €2 million.
