La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), has bought its first Healthcare asset in Ireland in the guise of Ballintaggart House in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, for which it paid €10.65 million.
The three-storey building on the Clonskeagh Road spans some 1,817 square metres of refurbished, high quality accommodation and is in medical clinic use. It also comes with 57 car parking spaces in this affluent south Dublin suburb.
