Kimmage pub comes to market for €1.75 million
The popular, long-established KCR House has been under the same owner since October 2000, and is being offered with vacant possession
Rounding off a hat-trick of well-known pub sale launches in Dublin last week was he news that the KCR House at 324-326 Kimmage Road, near the Kimmage Cross Roads, has been put up for for sale.
The sale by private treaty is being handled by licensed pub specialists Lisney, (incorporating Morrissey’s) with a guide price in excess of €1.75 million. It also comes with two one-bedroom apartments.
